Trajectory

Mr German Perez Moran, MSc in Telecommunications Engineering (1998) at the University of Basque Country, Spain, is Head of Offshore Renewables at TECNALIA. He’s been involved in offshore renewables since 2006, coordinating R&D projects for the development of floating wind technology since 2009. He led the development of NAUTILUS Floating Solutions technology for floating wind, a spin-off company of TECNALIA.

With 24 years of experience in R&D at TECNALIA, has managed over 20 research projects. He is co-author of more than 30 papers and conference presentations at national and international conferences and three patents related to offshore renewables.
