Description The areas of research of the TQSA group include the development of advanced materials and the exploitation of new manufacturing technologies for greater efficiency in the use of resources and for the reduction of environmental impact, dealing with the formulation and synthesis of new catalysts, the treatment of off-gases from mobile and chemical plants and urban waste incinerators, the use of biorefinery waste, the production of clean energy based on high purity hydrogen for its application in fuel cells, and the use of methane and CO2 as a renewable source of carbon for the synthesis of high added value products. In addition, with funding from the Administration and / or companies in the chemical, energy and environmental sectors, new processes for technology transfer are optimized and/or developed. |
