Description: RX diffraction equipment with Euler cradle
Multifunction diffractometer with theta-theta configuration, available lengths of Cu and Cr Twist, Ni and V filters, PolyCapTM parallel beam system (1m), 0.3, 0.5 and 1mm collimators and 1-D LynxEye detector with 3 degrees of aperture. It has a laser system for the correct positioning of the samples and an X-Y-Z automatic control platform. The diffractometer is equipped with an Euler cradle that allows the measurement of Stress and Texture.

Applications:
It is a diffraction equipment with the possibility of Cu and Cr sources. The Euler cradle allows the evaluation of changes in intensity of reflections (Texture Analysis) or changes in the position of the maxima (Stress Analysis). ). At the same time, it has a platform and collimation system to carry out both online micro-diffraction measurements and mapping.
