Description: RX diffraction equipment with temperature
Diffractometer with Theta-Theta geometry. It is intended for non-environmental, high temperature measurements (HTK6 / HTK2000 chambers). It has an ultra-fast Vantec detector with a 6º maximum aperture.

Applications:
X-ray diffraction in non-ambient conditions allows obtaining structural information of materials at different temperatures, in this way it is possible to determine stability fields, reactivity between phases, structural transitions, oxidation processes, sintering, degradation...
The high speed of data acquisition makes it possible to obtain fast scans for evaluation of absorption, desorption, degradation, etc. processes. Systems do not establish environmental conditions.
