Description: High resolution RX diffraction equipment
Operates with Theta-2Theta geometry. It has a Vårio primary monochromator (CuKa1) and a 1-D LynxEye detector with 3 degrees of aperture and energy discrimination optimized for this radiation. Work with a sample holder with a spinner to improve the statistics of the measurements. (registration number PK001905).

High-resolution coordinate cycling, atomic occupation factors, thermal factors...
The low dispersion of the RX beam allows, in turn, to scan the detector with different angles of grazing incidence, GIXRD.
The use of special sample holders is possible in this equipment, making it possible to undertake XRD measurements in Domes (watertight atmospheres).
