Description: RX diffraction equipment with temperature
Cu-Ka configuration (λ = 1.5418 Å) with Theta-Theta geometry, secondary monochromator and ultrafast PIXcel detector (active length at 2θ 3.347º). Operates with a 45-position automatic loader. It has fixed or variable divergence slits for area or constant volume lighting.

Applications:
The proposed configuration allows obtaining diffraction diagrams of good quality and relatively high intensity. The data obtained can be used to identify phases and to perform calculations of structural parameters such as cell parameters, size or strain. The reduced instrumental contribution up to angles of 90º allows complete profile analysis with structural model for quantitative phase analysis.
