Automatic high intensity diffractometer for quick diagram collection. Theta-theta, Cu-Ka configuration and PIXcel ultrafast detector. It has a 60-position sample exchange table.

Applications:
The characteristics of the equipment allow for obtaining XRD diagrams quickly, ideal for acquiring contrast data for large groups of samples. The high intensity allows obtaining phase signals in a very low proportion, significantly reducing noise with the use of long measurement times.
