Biography

I got my degree in Physical Education from the University of Barcelona in 1997. In 2020, I finished his Master of University Specialization in Chemistry and Genetics in Health, Nutrition and Sports.

Since 1998, I have been working as Secondary Education Teacher and as Physical Trainer, Technical and Scientific Advisor on performance, preparation, rehabilitation and nutrition of professional athletes, federated and amateurs.

Currently, I am PhD candidate at the Microfluidics Cluster UPV/EHU in the "Análisis Forense" doctorate program at the University of the Basque Country.

Research

My research interest is on the development of individualized strategies to know the susceptibility to heat stress as an instrument for good sports performance and good health using omics, wearable technology and microfluidics.
