Description:

Lymphocytic T cells play a crucial role in adaptive immune responses, requiring T cell receptor interaction with peptide Major

Histocompatibility Complex and co-stimulation through receptors such as CD3 and CD4. This study investigates IFN-γ secretion in

activated Jurkat cells through these co-receptors using the CellStudio platform, which allows precise control over experimental conditions10

and monitoring of cell secretion. This technique is based on creating cell islands with a controlled microenvironment, sourrounded by

microbeads for secreted proteins capture, through the Printing and Vacuum Lithography technique.
