Associate Professor at the UPV/EHU of the Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology, she has been teaching since 2007 in the Primary and Early Childhood Education Degrees, and for the last 5 years in the Master's Degree in Psychodidactics. Linked to this teaching, she has directed 27 TFG and 4 TFM.
Her doctoral thesis entitled "Personal self-concept: Measurement, internal structure and variability" was read in 2009. She has two research periods recognized thanks to some impact publications, including 17 indexed in JCR (3 in Q1 and 4 in Q2); the H index of Web of Science is 9, while in Research Gate is 7 (ORCID: 0000-0003-1821-6144). She has been principal researcher of a project granted by the UPV/EHU itself between 2015 and 2017 and, at present, she is PR of a Mineco project (2018-2021); she has published some book chapter, as well as teaching material; she has annually attended congresses/conferences in the area (with oral communications or invited papers); she has co-directed 4 doctoral theses and is directing 2 more.
This research activity has been carried out within the Psikor research group (www.psikor.es). The group has been recognized by the Basque Government as a consolidated group on 4 occasions, the last one being in the three-year period 2019-2021.
She currently holds the position of Director of Euskara, Alumni and Mobility of the Alava Campus of the UPV/EHU. At the same time, she has been a member of the Academic Committee of the Master's Degree
