Ainhoa Berciano Alcaraz is a lecturer in the Department of Didactics of Mathematics, Experimental Sciences and Social Sciences at the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea. Graduated in Mathematics in 2001 by the UPV/EHU and Doctor in Mathematics in 2006 by the University of Seville. Her lines of research focus on the teaching-learning of mathematics: 1) at early ages, 2) in teacher training and 3) from a gender perspective.
