Bachelor´s degree in Biology (1997) and PhD in Science (Neuroscience; 2002; Extraordinary Doctoral Award) by the University of the Basque Country. Postdoc in the Neurocentre Magendie in Bordeux (2003-2005). She participated in 26 research fundings, 32 international articles. Member of the Editorial Board of the scientific journal Osagaiz. She directed 3 Theses, 6 Master Proyects and 3 Final Degree Proyects. Lines of research: The endocannabinoid system in health and disease in animal models (alcohol, epilepsy). Teaching: Bachelor´s degree in Medicine (subjects: Human anatomy I-IV, Introduction to Biomedical Research, Research Project) and University Master in Neuroscience.
