Competencies

  • Formulating hypotheses, selecting and critically evaluating the scientific information in order to solve problems following the scientific method.
  • Knowing and applying the different neuromorphological, neurochemical, electrophysiological and clinical techniques currently used to study the nervous system.
  • Knowing the architecture (form, organisation and links) of the nervous system, as well as the biological and clinical principles behind its functioning under normal conditions and during illness, allowing the students to begin their research career in any of the areas they study during the Master's degree.
  • Maintaining and updating their skills as a researcher over their professional lifetime.
