Description and contextualization of the subject

Dado que el master in nanoscience es un master que busca la capacitación del su alumnado en las tareas de investigación en general y en este campo en particular, el trabajo de tesis de master consistirá en el desarrollo por parte del estudiante de una tarea de investigación bajo la supervisión de su tutor que deberá presentarse en forma escrita y defenderse públicamente frente un tribunal designado a tal efecto. La extensión de esta tesis de master es la máxima compatible con la extensión total del master a fin de posibilitar un desarrollo suficiente de las capacidades investigadoras del alumnado.
