Degree in Business Administration and Management (specialty in Business Management), and PHd in Project Engineering, both from the University of the Basque Country. With experience in financial management and consulting to public entities of the Basque Country, since 2011 he works in the Department of Business Organization as a teacher and researcher. Her teaching activity focuses on the area of economics, business organization, financial and commercial management, and people management, in Basque and Spanish, although she is also accredited to teach in English. With regard to research, he has specialized in business innovation issues and his influence on changes in organizational structures, and has also participated in Educational Innovation Projects. On the other hand, she has collaborated in the publication of some books focused on Economics.
