EKAIN GARMENDIA MUGICA

I made my PhD studies at the University of Barcelona, within the Logos research group. In my dissertation I focused on topics related to Epistemology, Philosophy of Mind and Philosophy of Language; in it I analyzed some epistemologically oriented arguments that have been proposed against externailistic accounts of mental content. Once I finalized my PhD, I spent two years at the UNAM University of Mexico as a postdoctoral researcher, where I worked on issues regarding the epistemology and semantics of Memory. Before all that, I got my BA in Philosophy at the EHU/UPV.



Since September 2017 I teach at the EHU/UPV, at the Department of Logic and Philosophy of Science, in the Faculty of Education, Philosophy and Anthropology. I teach Logic and Philosophy of Language in the BA in Philosophy and, within the MA program Philosophy, Science and Values, the section on mind of the course “Language, Mind, Argumentation”.
