FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
The ISP2023 Organizing Committee has asked the Basque Government to partially support the registration of Junior Researchers (MA or PhD students (not holding a PhD), under the age of 30). We expect to be able to financially support the registration of up to 20 MA/PhD students providing each 100€ reimbursement. If you are under 30 years old, do not hold a PhD, and your research group, department or institution cannot afford your registration fees, you can apply for this financial assistance. Unfortunately, we will hear whether we have secured the funding in June, after the conference ends. Hence, standard (Pre-doctoral) registration fees need to be paid now. Those assigned financial assistance will receive it once the funding is secured (which is expected).
Note: Please, only apply for financial assistance if you are unable to cover the conference fees from other sources. Financial assistance will be limited and is intended for those who truly need it. By applying for financial assistance when other resources are available to you, you may be taking away financial support from those who are in greater need.
