The call for management scholarship to improve lives and organize more inclusively manifests a crisis of management theory, practice, and pedagogy. Traditional research, practice, and teaching seemingly do not address the current global management changes and crises and therefore fail to improve lives and excludes many key stakeholders. Therefore, the aim of this track is to discuss how the global trends in management sciences impact in the human being and its dignity.
