Abbreviated CV
Graduated in Chemical Engineering at the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of the Basque Country (2018). In 2019, I finished the Interuniversity Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering carried out between the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and the University of Cantabria (UC). Once I finished my Master's degree, I joined the Catalytic Processes and Waste Valorisation research group (CPWV) of the University of the Basque Country (a consolidated group of the Basque Government) with 78 members.
I am currently working on a pre-doctoral programme thanks to a grant awarded by the Basque Government (January 2020) for the completion of my PhD Thesis, a project that will contribute to improve the knowledge on the intensification of H2 production by steam reforming with in-situ CO2 capture, (SESR, sorption enhanced steam reforming) and on the other hand, to develop the process of combined reforming of bio-oil with steam and CO2 to obtain synthesis gas (H2 and CO) from a renewable source (biomass) and thus recovering CO2 (greenhouse gas). The aim of this Thesis is to address an alternative and innovative process strategy in a field (CO2 activation) of maximum interest worldwide. During my PhD, I have participated in 3 research projects, 7 international conferences and 4 national conferences. I am author of one article (I.F.: 9.709 (2020); Q1 2/60 (thermodynamics)) and co-author of another article (I.F.: 3.605 (2020); Q2 57/143 (chemical engineering)), with a total of 5 citations and an h-index of 1 (Scopus).
