BsC in Chemical Engineering (UPV/EHU, 2009) and PhD in Chemical Engineering (UPV/EHU, 2017). In 2011, she completed the master's degree in Chemical Engineering.

In 2009, she started working as a researcher in the chemical engineering department of UPV/EHU. In 2013, she was awarded a pre-doctoral fellowship of the Basque Government. In 2017, she was granted an aid for the recruitment of recent doctors by the UPV/EHU. In 2018 she has been worked as a doctor researcher. In 2019 she was awarded a postdoctoral fellowship of Specialization of Doctor of the UPV/EHU. Currently, she works as a doctor researcher.

She is a member of the research group Catalytic Processes and Waste Valorization. She works on the necessary hydrodynamic study for the scaling up of the spouted bed contact method.

She has taken part as a collaborator researcher in 11 research projects. She is the author of 27 publications, 22 in indexed publications JCR journals and 5 in non-indexed journals. She has participated in more than 40 communications to both national and international conferences. In 2013, she has participated in three quality improvement groups in the Department of Chemical Engineering.
