The Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at the International University of Catalonia, Cristina Monforte, has taught a workshop on Strategies for Research in Nursing , on the campus of Bizkaia of the UPV/EHU in Leioa, on October 21st, 2015, driven by the Vicerrectorate of Research.

Invited by the Unit of Scientometrics of the General Research Services (SGIker), for his outstanding experience as Vice President of the Conference of Deans of Nursing (CNDE) and member of the Working Group on Accreditation and CNEAI of the Conference itself, Dr. Monforte explained teachers and staff which aspects of research in the nursing field are the main aspects to consider when planning your academic and research career, with special emphasis on the need for a strategy and create partnerships with existing research groups and seek alternative sources of funding.
