Following the resolution of February 26th, 2016, of the General  Secretary of  UPV/EHU, by which were approved the Letters of Services in the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, the Coupled  Multispectroscopy Singular Laboratory (RAMAN)  of SGIker makes available to its research staff its Charter Services through the website of the Unit.

In it, the research staff  is informed on the services requested, the rights they have in relation to those and the commitments of quality in the provision of service. Its origin is linked to the achieving of improvement of the Unit, meeting the demands of the research staff and making quality levels which are offered in its provision visible.
