The General Service Analytical Microscopy and High Resolution in Biomedicine has a new equipment available for the entire research community.

It is a fluorescence microscope with motorized structured illumination system. Besides conventional fluorescence microscopy (wide field), this technology provides confocal images of fluorochromes that are excited in the ultraviolet and visible range, so that complements the confocal microscope available in the Service.

On Thursday April 25th in the morning it will be made a presentation of the equipment. If you desire to attend, email us to arrange shifts in which to display the characteristics and potential applications of this technology in the area of microscopy in Biomedicine.
