The General Research Services of the UPV/EHU, SGIker, has organized 19 courses this year 2022. The training pulse is maintained because the offer is reinforced with more courses compared to 2021 and the online modality continues to be promoted in some of them.

In this edition progress is made in the renewal of content, adding new courses such as training in Metabolomics and Lipidomics which, on this occasion, offers a powerful section on biostatistics and data processing, highly demanded among research staff and users of the scientific infrastructure. of the SGIkers.

Likewise, the online modality continues to be promoted with the possibility of taking a course on the risks involved in the phenomenon of “predatory journals” in the panorama of scientific publication.

As for the rest of the courses, the technicians of the General Research Services will continue to teach theoretical and practical content in areas such as "Materials and Surfaces", "Biomedicine and Biotechnology", "Environment", among others. There will also be orientation courses from the Scientometrics Service, aimed at students who want to start a research career, and which are in great demand among the university community.
