A research group of the Department of Analytical Chemistry has recently published a review article on the validation of chromatographic methods in the bioanalytical field. This review has been published in the international journal with a high impact factor (IF: 4.19) Journal of Chromatography A title: Bioanalytical chromatographic method validation según current Regulations, with a special focus on the non-well defined parameters limit of quantification, robustness and matrix effect. In this publication, along with the research group has participated the bioanalisis division of the University of Leiden (Netherlands), the Public Health Laboratory of Álava and the Central Analysis Service of Bizkaia. Due to the importance of knowledge on how to apply existing regulations to the validation parameters in the bioanalytical field, this article has been among the 10 most downloaded of the magazine during the last month of 2014.
