MARIA GLORIA APARICIO DE CASTRO

Degree in Economics and Business Administration, Business Section in June 1992 and PhD in July 1997.

Teacher and researcher specialized in the area of ​​Marketing and Market Research.

We have worked in two research lines, Service Marketing and Relationship Marketing. However, the evolution of issues related to the world of Commerce adn Retail has marked an important stage both in the development of consulting contracts for companies and institutions; in supporting the training of technical personnel for regional institutions with competence in trade matters; as in some publications. More recently, in the Family Business Chair of the UPV-EHU, we have begun to participate in research projects related to this topic.

The teaching commitment is reflected in the educational innovation projects in which we have participated and/or coordinated and the two consecutive evaluations (in 2010 and 2015) of "Excellent" in the Docentiaz program. Finally, it is worth highlighting the belonging to various management commissions of the University (Faculty Board member and University Cloister member); as well as having been during 2014-2017 Academic Secretary of a Department of more than 80 professors and two areas of knowledge.
