Description and Contextualization of the SubjectToggle Navigation

NOTE: This course is taught only in Basque, and in order to pass it, it is essential to have a certain level of knowledge of the language (minimum B2), both written and spoken. In case of any doubt, it is recommended to consult the teacher.



PRESENT SESSIONS: 4 hours per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 11:00 to 13:00). The other two hours, the students will dedicate them throughout the week, in the most convenient schedule, through tutored work.



In the field of labor relations, students will develop the necessary skills to produce texts in Basque, both written and oral, correct and and oral, correct and adequate texts in Basque, within the framework of the subject "Communication in Basque in the Professional Area" (KEAP in Basque).



To this end, specific work is done with the linguistic resources available on the Internet, especially in the terminology database, dictionaries, dictionaries terminology database, dictionaries, style books and databases of written models. The objective is that the

GENERAL OBJECTIVE



This course aims to enable to students to acquire the ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, in the field of labor relations and human resources.





SPECIFIC COMPETENCES OF THE SUBJECT



To provide explanations, clarifications and advice on issues related to labor relations, taking into account the established requirements, both in written and spoken form.



To interpret, draft and present the main types of documents used in the field of labor relations,

such as letters, reports, contracts, appeals, opinions, resolutions and legal texts.



To develop fundamental criteria for effective communication in the field of labor relations, including knowledge of resources and strategies, as well as their autonomous application in practical cases.



LEARNING OUTCOMES



At the end of this course, students will be able to:



Use appropriate linguistic criteria in the academic and professional context of labor relations to produce correct and appropriate written and oral texts, even in multilingual environments.



Efficiently use the Internet and information and communication technologies (ICT) to clarify any doubts that may arise in the context of labor relations.



Differentiate the main textual genres used in the context of labor relations and produce diverse texts, such as informative texts, communications addressed to citizens (letters, notifications, etc.), explanatory texts, among others.



Work autonomously, responsibly and collaboratively in the workplace.

This course is suitable for students who are taking the degree in both Basque and Spanish. In addition, it provides training for IVAP language profiles, among others.



Most of the materials and resources will be available in the virtual campus (eGela). In this way, students students who are unable to attend classes will have the opportunity to access the contents worked on in the course and, if they wish, prepare and prepare, if they wish, for the final exam.



This is a practical course. Specific activities related to the tasks included in the syllabus will be carried out in the classroom.

Likewise, at the end of each module of the course, the students will take a test in the classroom in order to check to what extent they have assimilated the contents worked on throughout the module.



NOTE: in both practical work and tests, if students make grammatical/spelling mistakes, marks will be deducted.

EVALUATION: CONTINUOUS EVALUATION



The evaluation of the course will be carried out on a continuous basis, and represents 100% of the final grade. This continuous evaluation includes the attendance to most of the sessions (80%) and the punctual delivery of most of the activities (90%). In addition, it will be necessary to complete the tests proposed at the end of each module and to complete the assigned work.



NOTE:



In the tests of modules 5 and 6, the use of internet resources (including those of the virtual classroom) will be allowed with authorization of the professor.



The grading percentages are distributed as follows:



Final module tests: 25%.



Weekly activities: 15%.

WAIVER OF CONTINUOUS EVALUATION (FINAL EVALUATION):

However, students are entitled to be assessed by a final evaluation that represents 100% of the
