BS and MS in Telecommunications Engineering (2000) and PhD (2014) from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). Lecturer in UPV/EHU since 2005. Associate Dean of Quality Assurance in the Faculty of Technical Engineering (2012-2017), Coordinator of the Degree of Information Management and Information Systems Engineering in 2010-2012 and 2016-2021, and Director of Quality Assurance and Institutional Assessment Service.



Member of NQaS (Network Quality and Security) research group. She has participaten in several researh projects, funded by the Basque Government, the Spanish Government and the European Commision. Her research interests include new generation communication networks and 5g, network virtualization and emergency communications.
