Beñat Landeta Manzano is Associate Professor of the Dept. of Business Organization at the University of the Basque Country (UPV / EHU). He is an Industrial Engineer, Master in Project Engineering and PhD from the UPV / EHU. Nevertheless, his professional experience started at the power generation engineering company 'Iberdrola Ingeniería y Construcción', later on he joined 'Ingeclima', an industrial cold and heat installations engineering company, and afterward he joined as CEO 'Etxeguren Zerbitzuak ', a company of technical facilities. Finally, he entered the New Developments Department of 'Gamesa Corporación', leader in wind generation systems. At that time he began to combine his activity in the company with teaching in the Dept. of Graphic Expression and Engineering Projects of the UPV / EHU. One year later he began his activity at the UPV / EHU, as a full-time professor and researcher, in the Dept. of Business Organization. Since then he has published 7 articles in scientific journals (of which 5 in journals indexed in ISI and Scopus databases), and 3 book chapters in prestigious editorials. He has also made more than 15 contributions in national and international conferences and has participated as a researcher in 3 funded research projects, 5 in R & D contracts with companies and administrations, made a research stay at the University of Nevada, USA, and is co-author of two patents.
