Education: Licentiate in Basque Studies (University of the Basque Country, 1992), Licentiate in English Studies (University of the Basque Country, 1994), MSc in Comparative and General Literature (University of Edinburgh, 1993), Post Graduate Certificate in Education (University of the Basque Country, 1995), and PhD in the program Literature and Literary Science (Faculty of Letters, University of the Basque Country, 2016).
Publications: He has written or translated seven books, and published several academic works.
Academic experience and related work experience: Professor at the University of the Basque Country since the school year 2008-2009. He has been a Secondary School teacher (1996-2001 and 2015-2016), free-lance translator (2002-2006), Basque grammar technician (Royal Academy of the Basque Language, 2006-2008).
