In fact, the last initiative in this sense was to create her own cooperative in which she had developed research projects, as well as archaeological heritage studies and patrimonial education.

She is currently working as a professor in the Department of Social Sciences Didactics, as an associate professor at the Faculty of Education, Anthropology and Philosophy of Donostia, although she teaches at the Faculty of Education in Bilbao. Specifically, in the degree of Social Education, where she is responsible for the subject of Education for Citizenship through Social Sciences.

The current lines of research are the creation value processes, particularly in archaeological heritage and its socialization, especially, linked to patrimonial education strategies, a theme linked to his doctoral thesis. Another work where she is involved currently is feminist archeology, posing (re)readings of the women role and activities linked to the female activities throughout history.
