MethodologyToggle Navigation

Different teaching methodologies are used depending on the type of teaching. In all of them, the aim is to encourage the autonomous participation of the student, supporting the integration of the most important aspects of the subjects through computer and bibliographic resources.

1. In the theoretical classes, structured information will be provided to understand the theoretical content of the subject. Student participation will be encouraged through discussions on the topic. This methodology aims to achieve the integration, understanding and acquisition of new knowledge.

2. In the seminar, students will work in groups under the direction of the teacher. A seminar will be held on the important health problem in our environment related to nutrition. Then, in groups, students have to work on several questions. In this way, active learning, group work, collaboration and dialogue among students are promoted.

3. Exercises and activities will be carried out on the practical computer sesions: demographics, health promotion at different stages of life and the determinants of health will be studied, working on Public Health reports and searching for information.
