After my Residency in Internal Medicine at Fundación Jimenez Dïaz-Madrid, I have been working in various places and environments such as Paris, Bordeaux, Madrid and Vitoria. At CHU Bichat, Paris, I acquired skills in Infectious Diseases and I got the "Diplôme en Maladies Infectieuses et Tropicales" from the Paris-Yvellines University. In my stay at Service de Réanimation Médicale from CHU Pellegrin, Bordeaux, I conducted my first clinical research project concerning early microbiologic diagnosis in the critically ill patients. During this year, I participate as a professor in the Université Bordeaux II and also to attend several courses at the "International School of Public Health" (ISPED), which led to several diplomas in Statistics. My next stay was at the Service of Infectious Diseases from Hospital Carlos III where we published nearly 20 peer reviewed articles, presented in several International Congresses. I also defended a Doctoral Thesis awarded by the CUM LAUDE qualification, the European Mention and The Extraordinary Award, and carried out a dozen of clinical trials and observational studies. Finally, I moved to Hospital Universitario de Alava in 2011, where I met a multidisciplinary group of young researchers, at the Bioaraba Institute, and started teaching Medical Fisiopatohlogy at the Basque University. In this Hospital, I also worked at the Emergy Department, as a medical manager, and currently, at the Hospital at Home Service.
