2001–2008: consultancy on spatial planning and geographic information systems (GIS)
TEACHING
He regularly teaches the subjects "Spatial/Regional Planning" and "Population Geography".
He has participated in the teaching of 13 Degree/Bachelor subjects.
Outstanding qualification in the DOCENTIAZ Program.
He has directed 21 end-of-degree works on socio-economc, demographic and environmental variables to be taken into account in spatial planning, in different territories and at different scales.
RESEARCH
He has made 35 contributions to scientific journals
(27 as main author and 8 as second author;
13 JCR, 10 SJR, 1 FECYT and 11 CIRC),
and 10 contributions in books and book chapters, excluding conference proceedings.
His contributions have been cited more than 400 times in "Web of Science" and more than 470 times in "Scopus".
