In the last year of the Bachelor I collaborated developing destructive (GC-MS) and non-destructive (Raman, IR) methodologies to find specific biomarkers in geological chert samples. Afterwards I accomplished the Master in CTA while I was hired as researcher to accomplish the analysis of wall paintings using non-destructive (Raman, IR) and micro-destructive (SEM-EDX) techniques. In the doctoral thesis 3 analytical issues were resolved: (i) the application of NMR measurements of mussels tissues and biofluids to accomplish an environmental metabolic study, (ii) evaluation of the magnetic hyperthermia treatment based on the use of NP using Raman and IR hyperspectral imaging and NMR metabolic methodologies and (iii) the study of SERS tags to develop hyperspectral imaging in live cell cultures (in the stay at Strathclyde University, Glasgow, Scotland). In addition, I have also collaborated in the determination of microplastics in mussels using Raman and in the determination of trace elements in human hair using ICP-MS and SEM-EDX among others. During 2016/2017, I did my Master Degree in PGCE while I was working as a part time researcher. In these last two years I focused my research career on analysing biological samples for metabolomics studies and on studying the contaminants uptake using the LC-QOrbitrap as a postdoctoral researcher in the Analytical Chemistry Dept. and PiE-UPV/EHU. At the same time, for six months I worked as a University teacher in the Applied Chemistry Dept.
