Juan Telleria teaches at the Philosophy Department of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), in the Faculty of Education, Philosophy and Anthropology (Donostia-San Sebastián). He develops his research in PRAXIS research group and in HEGOA Institute of the UPV/EHU. His focus is on the sustainable development policies and strategies by the UN (MDGs, SDGs, Human development Reports of the UNDP).
