After completing a Bachelor´s degree in Psychology (2012) in the University of Deusto she finished a second degree in Spanish Language and Literature (2014) in the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). In this last institution, she completed as well a Master in Comparative Literature and Literary Studies (2016). During the 2016/2017 course she received a grant from the Basque Government to begin her PhD studies. From then on she has been studying the dramatical diptych composed by the XVIIth playwright Lope de Vega (made up of “Los Tellos de Meneses” and its sequel, “Valor, fortuna y lealtad de los Tellos de Meneses”), under the direction of José Javier Rodríguez Rodríguez. Her research, therefore, has been focused on these two plays (critical edition of the texts, study of their sources and reception...). In spite of it, she has also displayed interest on other aspects of the theatre by Lope de Vega and the culture of the Spanish Golden Age. She has assisted as a grant holder to many congresses and conferences on Spanish Golden Age literature and has taken part as a lecturer on several international congresses. Her first critical edition, on the play by Lope “La boba para los otros y discreta para sí”, is in the process of being published.
