Mª Tania Barberán Recalde has a Bachelor of Arts in English Philology (Honourable Mention in Linguistics) and she is Doctor of Linguistics (Sobresaliente CUM LAUDE). She is Associate Professor at the English and German Philology and Translation and Interpretation department of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). She has published in several national and international journals on the following topics: (i) early acquisition of first languages, (ii) acquisition of second languages and (iii) bilingualism/multilingualism.
