Giza gorputzaren egitura eta funtzioa III irakasgaiak organismoaren sistemen funtzionamendua jorratzen du, sistema horiek kanpo inguruneko eta zenbait patologien aurrean zein nolako egokitzapen burutzen dituen ere aztertuko delarik. Horrentarako, ezinbestekoa da Giza gorputzaren Egitura eta Funtzioa I eta II aldez aurretik ondo menperatzea. Irakasgai honek bigarren mailan ematen diren zenbait irakasgaientzako (Farmakologia adibidez) oinarri irakasgaia da.
