Adjunct Professor (Doctoral Assistant), in the Department of Corporate and Civil Law, University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), linked to the Commercial Law knowledge area. Law Degree (Economic Specialty Diploma) from the University of Deusto (2004), PhD in Law from the University of Deusto (2015). Her areas of specialization are Private International Law and Commercial Law, and her lines of research, Law of Obligations and Contracts in the domestic and international sphere, Commercial Law from the perspective of Gender and Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Rights.
She has publications on International Trade Law, Digital Contracting, Law and Gender, and Basque Civil Law.
He has participated and continues to participate in different research projects, both at a national and European level.
