Degree in Economics and Business Studies (1997) and PhD in Economics (2018) from the University of the Basque Country (UPV / EHU). Professor in the Department of Financial Economics I since 2006, she has taught at the faculties of Donostia (Gipuzkoa) and Vitoria-Gasteiz (Araba). Currently teaches Accounting Analysis and Financial Accounting.
Sub-Director of Academic Organization of the University School of Business Studies of Vitoria-Gasteiz 2010-2011. She has been a member of the Board of the Center and of different Commissions. Before joining the University he worked in the management of private companies and in the banking sector.
Author and co-author of several books and scientific articles. She has been a visiting professor at the University of Pau (France). Main lines of research: Economic Development; Rural development; Financial economics.
