Analysis of capitalization and discounting. Financial equivalence relationships between capitals and financial parameters. Valuation of capital flows. Design and study of capital formation products. Design and study of financing products.

MethodologyToggle Navigation

The teaching will be done face-to-face or bimodal (if the size of the group does not make it possible for all the students to attend the class in person).

The following work format will be followed:

- MASTER CLASSES for the basic development of the topics of the program always with the help of exercises that serve as an aid and complement to the theory explained.

-PRACTICAL CLASSES with the participation of the students, through the defense of examples adapted to the financial reality of the company.

EXAM: UP TO 8 POINTS OF THE FINAL SCORE (test that will be performed in person if health circumstances allow it, and if not, it will be performed by means of an adapted online questionnaire).

PRACTICAL DEFENSE: UP TO 2 OF THE FINAL GRADE (which will be added to the grade of the exam previously mentioned as long as the grade of 3.5 points is exceeded).

1.-PUBLISHED SUMMARY MANUAL OF THE SUBJECT, WITH A THEORETICAL PART AND WITH ANOTHER PART
THAT INCLUDES THE EXERCISES THAT ARE GOING TO BE DEVELOPED.
2.-PUBLISHED SUMMARY MANUAL WITH THE STATEMENTS AND ANSWERS-GUIDE OF THE PRACTICAL
EXERCISES THAT WILL BE USED IN THE STUDENTS' DEFENSES.
