Doctor of Psychology (UPV/EHU, 2020), Master in Institutional Psychology and Psychosocial Intervention (UPV/EHU, 2015) and Graduate in Business Administration and Management (UPV/EHU, 2013). Rosa, currently works as a professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business in the subjects of New Management Models and Business Economics: Organization and Management.



She has previously been linked to the UPV/EHU as a postdoctoral researcher, thanks to the DOKBERRI and EUROPEAN NEXT GENERATION scholarships. She has also spent four months at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and eight months at the University of Tilburg, Netherlands as a research visitor. She is currently linked to the University of Tilburg (Netherlands) through a research project on highly involved working systems.



The pre-doctoral and post-doctoral experience has led to the publication of 10 scientific articles in high-impact journals, both in the field of organizational psychology and in the field of basic psychological processes. She has also participated in road safety research projects funded by the Department of Safety of the Basque Government.
