Graduated in Social Anthropology from the University of the Basque Country, UPV-EHU, and obtained the ‘Master’s in Feminist and Gender Studies’ degree from the same university. He forms part of the The Feminist Anthropology Research Group (AFIT).



He has undertaken a long professional career (since 1994) in the field of non-formal education, participating in diverse programmes. In that trajectory he developed different action and training programmes related to education, play and linguistics.



Currently, he is doing his doctoral thesis in the Department of Philosophy of Values and Social Anthropology at the University of the Basque Country. He is the author of diverse publications and has taken part in different research projects. Her main areas of research are linked to the anthropology of language and feminist anthropology. He has, regarding these two axes, researched different questions related to the Basque language, Basque culture, young people, sport and free time.



He stays at these foreign universities: School of Welsh (Cardiff University, 2018), Moore Institute (Galway University, 2019).
