- Deontology and media is a four-monthly subject that is distributed in 46 magisterial hours and 14 of classroom practices, respectively, in 15 weeks and 7 alternate weeks per subgroup.

- The magisterial classes are directed to the whole student. During them the students know the figures that constitute journalistic self-regulation, the different groups and organizations that 'monitor' and work for quality journalism and also, the activities and proposals that they promote. At the same time they also have specific debates on current issues or issues that arouse the public or general interest.

- In the continuous evaluation system, classroom practices are carried out through group or single activities consisting of the analysis and study of ethical issues, as well as in the resolution of cases. To do this, work on a file or questionnaire that is delivered in advance.

- This is complemented, where appropriate, through meetings with professionals, in an eagerness to bring the reality of the professional practice to the group of future graduates.

- In the final evaluation system, students will carry out a practical written work on one or more informative events collected in the media, through the management of the ethical documents of application previously provided.
