CV Laburra

Chemical Engineer by Basque Country University (UPV, 2010), Master’s degree in Project Management (USC, 2011/2013) and Master´s degree in renewable energies (CEU, 2011-2013). My research activity has been carried out in the Catalytic Processes and Waste Valorization Group (PROCAT-VARES), as a predoctoral researcher from 2017-2022. The research conducted is mainly based on the recovery of wastes (plastics, biomass, sewage sludge…) by pyrolysis and gasification in order to obtain valuable fuels and products, which will be key compounds for the development of Biorefineries. This activity has led to 6 publications in JCR indexed journals (5 Q1 and 1 Q2), and 2 book chapters. These publications have been well accepted in the literature, receiving 29 citations, having reached an index h of 4 (Scopus). Moreover, I participate in Competitive Research Projects funded by the Basque Government and Spain’s Ministries.
