Account cancellation and credit reimbursement procedure for 2022/2023 users

This procedure affects account cancellations and credit reimbursements of former University of the Basque Country students, i.e., users whose studies came to an end by December, 31st 2023 and who, from that date, are no longer related to our institution.

Accounts holding at least a €2 credit balance are entitled to reimbursement and should request it from February 12th to 29th, 2024.

Should your account fall below the minimum balance applicable for reimbursement, you will be able to use up your credit until February 29th, 2024.

Users meeting reimbursement requirements will be informed of their credit balance and the procedure to request reimbursement on their university online mail.

March 4th, 2024, all Sareprint accounts associated with users not related to the University of the Basque Country on December, 31st 2023, will be cancelled.
