Ainhoa Vega-Bayo recently obtained her PhD in Economics from the University of the Basque Country, where she currently holds a researcher position. Her research fields include applied econometrics, program evaluation methods, the economics of armed conflict, and education; especially as it relates to school choice and gender differences in school grades.
