CAREER

Doctor in Contemporary History and degree in Economics from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). Lecturer in the Departament of Public Policy and Economic History and researcher at Ituna Center for Basque Economic Agreement and Fiscal Federalism Studies (UPV/EHU). He mainly develops his research activity in the areas of public finances and economic history with emphasis on works relating to the Basque Economic Agreement, fiscal federalism, European Union integration process and health economics.

He made a stay as a pre-doctoral researcher at the Université de Lausanne (2016), attended the European Political Economy and Finance programme at the London School of Economics (2017) and made a stay as post-doctoral researcher in the European Commission (2019-2020).
