MethodologyToggle Navigation

The course is structured in a theoretical and a practical part. The statement and specific content of the practical part, which will include a series of exercises to be performed in class, will be defined in the Course Program that will be delivered at the beginning of the course.

Assessment systemsToggle Navigation

JANUARY CALL:



In order to pass the course in the January call, it will be necessary, at least, to take the final exam (on the date indicated by the ETSASS Head of Studies) and to hand in all the assignments of which the practical part of the course is composed. The completion of the class exercises will not be compulsory but will be subject to assessment. The percentage value of the different parts is as follows:



- Individual final exam: 50 % Minimum grade: 5.00

- Course practice: 35 % Minimum grade: 5.00

- Class exercises: 15 %.



JULY CONVOCATION:



- Students failed in the January convocation:



- With passed exam and failed course practice:



The grade of the exam is maintained (they do not have to take it) and they will have to deliver the improved practice to obtain a grade ≥ 5.00. For averaging purposes, the exam will be worth 65% and the practice 35%. Class exercises do not count.



- With course practice passed and exam failed:

The grade of the course practice is maintained and they must take the exam in order to obtain a grade ≥ 5.00. For averaging purposes, the exam will be worth 65% and the practical will be worth 35%. Class exercises do not count.



- a) With failed exam and failed course practice or b) Not presented to the previous call:



They must take the final exam, submit the improved practice (those who have not taken it must complete it individually) and obtain in each of them a grade ≥ 5.00. For averaging purposes, the exam will be worth 65% and the practice 35%. Class exercises do not count.
